The AGC offices are located in Turkey, UAE and USA. We work and provide support in GMT+3 timezone; from 9:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday only. We also take occassional leave at public holidays and other such events. We always strive to offer the best possible support possible, but please be aware that outside of these hours your support requests will be answered the following working day.
